Conditions of Booking:

We make every effort to provide guests with safe, clean, warm and comfortable accommodation and we need your co-operation in order to maintain everything at a high standard. All tenants are asked to treat the cottage with care and leave it in a clean and tidy condition. Please report any problems or breakages.

All beds have covered duvets and sheets but guests are expected to provide their own towels.

Guests are asked not to smoke in the cottage and pets are not allowed.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, 10am departure time unless arrangements are made otherwise. Estimated arrival time will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Collect keys from Greta Cottage.

A £50 deposit for each week is required on booking. The deposit is non-returnable should the booking be cancelled later, unless the cottage is re-booked at full cost. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs J Donington-Smith. The balance of the rent must be paid four weeks in advance. We do not send out reminders for this.
